For a while now, R.C.E has been undertaking a community service project whereby it intends to renovate the Embu monument 
by repainting it with the Kenyan national flag, planting new grass on it and installation of water sinks that will provide the residents of Embu with access to free drinking water. On Saturday, our members undertook phase 1 of the project which was planting new grass on the site. This weekend the exercise continues to plant grass in the remaining section. (Pictures below show the Saturday exercise)
